Today I came across an article in NYTimes.com,” Why Television Still Shines in a World of Screens “.

The article talked about while subscribers to print newspapers and book publishers are wondering where readers have disappear to, TV stands out as one of old-media business with surprise resilience. People are spending record amount of time online, “we are also watching record amount of very old-fashioned television”, the article said.

I believe TV will survive strong the Internet era, as Movie Theaters survived TV, VCR, and DVD. There are experiences that are hard to replace. Nothing like watching a movie in front of a big theater screen and with great sound. The same apply as sitting down with the family and watch your favorite show on TV in the comfort of your family room.To read the article goes to http://www.nytimes.com/2009/02/08/business/media/08digi.html.
